The Barterer - Character Concept

Character concept of a strange fellow who can seemingly find value in any object and trades items based on unpredictable, bizarre standards. He blindfolds himself to be "fair" to his diverse clientele and their wares, especially those who don't wish to be identified, but his strange ease in navigating even without sight makes him very suspect. He's always accompanied by his rodent companion, who resembles his owner in more ways than one and helps him during his item-scavenging quests.
